Exchanging Data

EVA Netmodeler can exchange data with a wide variety of other tools in various ways. These include:

• Cutting and pasting between EVA Netmodeler and other applications
• Saving HTML content
• Exchanging data in CSV format
• Exporting data in CSV format
• Importing data in CSV format
• Exporting and Importing XML
• Generating freestanding Websites
• Generating SQL for database loading
• Reading from or storing information to external SQL databases
• Provision of an online Application Programming Interface (API) available from
• Applications using XML messaging (e.g. Graphical Modeler)
• Applications using the Archi Requestor Windows middleware (e.g. Visio, Powerpoint)

In additional to normal exports, Archi also supports some selective exports including:

• Exporting Change Sets (Delta Browser)
• Exporting Selective Content from Types
• Exporting a Model
• Exporting Meta Data and Instance data in SQL Packages
