Indented Hierarchy List Standard Custom View

This standard custom view is a simple way to view items as an indented hierarchy. You will be asked to specify a type, an item and a relationship. The output should look something like this:

Selecting the Show Attributes and Show Relationships options before selecting Generate Display will include these items in the view.
